My account was blocked for 90days and opened but not able to withdraw my fund

Hello community I had some issues,I was blocked on Fiverr and got my account back after 90days to withdraw my fund but unfortunately I got an mail saying my account is temporarily disable,can't withdraw my fund or do anything with the account please anyone that can help please
