Delay in competing the order from buyer's side

Hi

This is about an order that a buyer placed. it has almost been a month since the order was placed, and I haven't been able to complete it because the seller hasn't provided me with the required content. I have extended the deadlines many times. Now the buyer is not replying to the messages and the order is about to reach its delivery date. 

What should I do in such a scenario?
and how will it affect my profile?

Since buyer has NOT provided the required info, your delivery will be counted as wrong/partial delivery. If buyer later complains to support, your account will get flagged too for violation of TOS.

Please confirm once from Fiverr support team that home many time you can extend delivery date and it is affect your ranking or not! @priyank_mod

Fiverr support will not share this information, it is part of their proprietary algorithm!!

But, there is no prescribed/official limit on how many times an order can be extended. 

 

PS Gig ranking is a misleading term and there is no such thing as gig rank. Every buyer sees different search results in real-time.

I will suggest you to deliver the order because now it is already deranking your gig due to late delivery. So submit delivery, if client come again then complete work as a Good freelancer. 

Or you can reach to Fiverr support team and @Lena mam
