It's fake. It's a scam. Fiverr doesn't send sellers QR codes to scan through the Fiverr inbox.

It would go to some other site where they'll try to scam (eg. try to get you to enter your bank card info or something). You can click the report option on the message (the 3 dots on the top left of the message will give the menu with the report option).

The first thing to remember is that Fiverr Support does NOT exist in your inbox. They will NOT contact you (especially not by an unverified new account) there. 

Ignore them.
