what happened with my My Success score ?

I've completed only three orders so far, all of which received five-star reviews. I also had one order cancellation that I initiated. Until August 26, my success score was 8, but after receiving a new order, my success score became a dash ("-"). Do you have any idea why this happened, and how can I restore my actual success score?

When Fiverr doesn't have enough data from your gig, Fiverr removes the score. It will become a "-".
A score will appear again if you get a few orders after that.

I only see 1 review, so it's normal that a correct score can't be calculated based on feedback from your buyers.
