The customer ignores me

Hello everyone! I'm facing an issue with a client. I delivered the order on time and made one revision as requested. After that, I didn’t hear anything from the client until the last day, when they requested another revision but only commented "wait." I've reached out several times asking for clarification on the edits, but the client is ignoring me. Meanwhile, the order is now showing a 7-day delay. What should I do in this situation? I'm new to this and would really appreciate any advice.

You don't have to do anything. If the buyer wants more time for review, let him/her have it.....Maybe, the buyer is busy with something and will review the file when he/she is free. This happens to all of us. Just don't push/beg/force him/her to review your delivery fast.

Regarding the "delay", if you have delivered the product before deadline/on time, then, you don't have to worry about that "delay" showing. It keeps showing itself there, but it will have no affect on your rate once the order is accepted by the buyer. Don't worry. Just relax and focus on other orders or improving your gigs.
