Can a Fiverr Customer Support Members Send a Private Message on Inbox?

Hello, Everyone
I received a message from a user named " b1djdmvnth3s " and he gave a notice that my account has been suspended and needs to be verified By Scanning the QR Code attached.

Please Help me with this. Because I didn't receive any Notification or Email. 
I Share You Screenshots without the QR Code.

Also, I need help on this is it Fake or Not?

It's fake. Don't scan any QR code. They'll scam you and likely ask for card details.

Fiverr don't send verification links or QR codes to do it to Fiverr inboxes. Customer support won't contact you through Fiverr inbox.

edit: like the other post said, it would be best to report the message to help Fiverr do something about the scammer. And it should help your response rate not go down (though that didn't always work unless a reply was entered).

That message from scammer You can report him or simply ignore so Fiverr will take care of him
