Suspicious Buyer Activity and Impact on Success Score

Hi everyone,

I’m seeking advice regarding a pattern I’ve noticed in my recent orders.

In my last three gig orders:

  • All orders were from new accounts.
  • Two of these buyers never communicated on the order page.
  • They did provide the requirements for the gig they bought, but after placing the orders all 3 buyers never returned online and the orders were autocomplete.

 

Buyer 1 claimed the order was urgent and needed it within 2 hours, but was still offline 2 hours later and hasn’t returned since.

Buyer 2 did not communicate at all after placing the order.

Buyer 3 sent a direct message asking why the order was taking so long just 5 minutes after placing it.

 

Does this look suspicious to you? Additionally, does the lack of engagement on the order page and the absence of reviews impact my success score?

 

I did respond to them on the order page, letting them know that I’m currently working on it. I also mentioned that if they need any revisions, they should let me know but, I'm uncertain why my effective communication rating is impacted. My success score was 6 a month ago but has now dropped to 0. Out of my 5 buyers, only 1 left a review, and 1 canceled due to purchasing the wrong gig level.
