Why is My Gig Ranked in One Region but Not in Another? Even After SEO

Hi, I recently had someone on fiverr to do SEO for my Fiverr gig (https://www.fiverr.com/rizwan_expert9/be-virtual-assistant-for-data-entry-typing-copy-paste-work), and it ranked well, which was great. But when I tell a person to review it in a USA browser, it doesn’t show up at all, and the same thing happens when I check from Europe.
