There's no issue. Every seller level has a maximum number of gigs associated with it. This message is letting you know that so you don't keep trying, wonder why you can't do it, then go to Customer Support about it. Maybe them adding "as a new seller" to it would help.

It should be letting you add a 3rd gig though.

If you already have 2 other gigs in other statuses (eg. draft mode or paused), making 4 in total, then it's probably counting those towards the limit. If so you might need to delete one of those other gigs if you want to create a new one (unless you can wait until you are a levelled seller, which allows more gigs).

If you only have 2 gigs in total then you could contact CS about it as there might be some bug.
