Transaction confirmation cancelled

Hi, I just got my first customer. He paid me, but at the moment of confirming the transaction they asked me for some information to make sure that the account where the money will be deposited is mine. First they made me deposit 200$, then they sent me authentication codes to my phone and then they said they were going to do a test transaction. Then they told me there was an error. Apparently my bank has a staged verification process that can take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Now I have $200 frozen in my account and the payment was cancelled. what do I do?

It was a SCAM! Report them to Support.

Real scams be vigelent.

This happened to me once but, I got it back within three to five days.
