My account has been flagged by fiverr for without any reason

I received this message on my email from Fiverr:

And I received this message on the level overview of my Fiverr Profile:
 

Your account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies

As a result, you are not able to participate in the level system.
 


Please does anyone know why this is flagged
