Hi, I'm reaching out with a question about a buyer's reviewing time. 

I submitted a document to a buyer on the 14th of August and originally, it said the buyer had 3 days to review, until the 17th. Then when I check on the 17th to see if buyer has requested any revisions or accepted, it shows that the buyer has until the 19th to request revisions or accept. I did not make any request for extensions. Can a buyer request extension without my knowledge or does Fiverr automatically attribute extensions if a buyer does not respond within a certain timeframe?

This has never happened to me before and I tried to look it up online but found no information regarding this. Does someone know what happened?

1. Yes they can, but I don't think the seller won't receive any notification about that.
2. No, if the buyer doesn't review the delivery within 3 days, the order will be automatically completed.

Thanks, @hollowm13! I'm wondering whether I should reach out to Support to ask what happened. I did not receive any notification for extension in my inbox nor in my email.

YW! They will most likely request you to wait for the buyer to "review" the delivered work as they must be "busy". 

Have you tried messaging the buyer regarding the extension?

@hollowm13 I didn't want to come across as "difficult" so I did not ask the buyer about this buf if they do request another extension, I'll leave them a message. Thank you!

1. Yes, Fiverr automatically attribute extensions if a buyer does not respond within 3 days. {One thing if you deliver the work before the delivery time like (2/3 days) and the buyer requests for revision. In that case, No need for any extension and the general delivery time will appear on the order page like (2/3 days). After that time, late delivery will appear if you don't ask for an extension.

2. The order will be automatically marked after 3 days if the buyer remains unresponsive after the delivery.
