It's so wild to see how Fiverr is handling the id verification for users.

I'm a "selected Fiverr buyer" and at the same time "Level 2" seller.
One day, they asked me to verify my identity via online platform with passport and face id. The same day, I followed the rules and went through verification process.

So sadly and annoyingly, the online verification failed SO MANY TIMES to verify my identity, saying that it's not in good quality or photos not matching etc. I definetely submitted HIGH quality ID photo and took my face in a good lighting. I'm not that stupid to submit wrong low quality photos (meanwhile im a videographer and I know what the image quality and good lighting are). I've gone through this type of online id verications several times and never had an issue like this

Anyways they rejected my verification and restricted my account. When I contacted Fiverr support, they gave one more chance to try again. I tried. BUT the result is the same! It failed again! This nonsense verification third party platform has bugs. And I'm the one to blame for not "submitting proper quality documents"

So, Fiverr is saying I need to wait for 3 MONTHS to get rechecked and apply for verification. WHAT? Cmon... I have so many things to do, projects going on as a buyer and seller.

How fair is it for Fiverr to just simply ignore their "valuable user" both "selected buyer" and "level 2 seller" who is bringing money and value to the platform? At the end of the day, I was just following rules and working, earning and buying services there. 

Fiverr, you need to fix this verification third party tool issue and maybe a little focus and check on your customer with their history what they've been doing, and if it's proper to restrict them due to technical issues!
