ID varification problem 'photos sent successfully' without uploading anything.

I'm new at fiverr. While trying to upload a new gig, the last step says to verify my id. Which gives me a qr code and when i scan it on my phone, a page appears which says 'photos sent successfully'. We'll review your photos and let you know if we need something else.

I didn't take any picture of id or anything so why does it says this? and how to solve this problem?

It seems there was a glitch during Fiverr's ID verification process. If you didn't take any photos but received a message saying "photos sent successfully," try clearing your browser’s cache, using a different device, or contacting Fiverr support to resolve the issue and complete your verification.
