Unable to reply to an inquiry ! Hope this does not affect my response rate ?

Unable to reply to a possible buyer's inquiry (it keeps saying 'couldn't send your message , try again') but also, inquirers profile seems sketchy (possibly fake e.g. has no reviews ) , I hope this does not affect my response rate ?
