Order refund

Hi, I got order on Fiverr after completing it the buyer didn't understand the work that had been done. Now, he is asking for a full refund despite completing everything as discussed at the start. It's very disappointing... I don't want to refund him and cancel order. What should I do, is there any solution? Thanks!
