Unresponsive Support After Account Flagged for the Second Time without a solid reason

Hello Fellow Fiverr Community Members,

I am seeking advice and support from the community regarding an issue with my account. Four days ago, I received a notification that my account was flagged for allegedly using copyrighted images in my gig images. This is the second time I have encountered this problem.

The first time this happened, I promptly provided all the necessary documents, source files, and licenses, which led to the recovery of my account. (Almost in a month)  Now, despite following the same procedure and opening a ticket (Ticket No. 12012551) with all the required proofs attached, I have not received any response from the support center for three days.

I am attaching screenshots of my communications and the documents I have submitted. As a seller who is dedicated to providing original and quality work, this situation is quite distressing. It not only hampers my ability to conduct business but also casts a shadow on my reputation. I currently have one active order and was in conversation with another potential client when my account was flagged.

Could anyone please shed light on how such situations are usually handled? What impact might this have on my profile, and how can I expedite the resolution process? It feels unfair, especially for new sellers, to be treated with such a lack of responsiveness.

Any guidance or assistance from the community would be greatly appreciated.
