Success Score improve

As you can see in the picture, my gig score is 4 for one gig and 8 for another, but I still haven't reached Level 1. All metrics are also complete. Can someone guide me on what I should do? Thank you.

Maybe stop/pause that gig with a success score of 4?

I know my success manager told me to pause that gig that has no orders and a lower success score, because it has a negative impact on stats overall. I didn't notice any change because my success score was/is 10, but I listened to the success manager, it's not like I was getting lots of work from that gig anyway.
