How I can remove my payoneer payment method form fiverr once my payoneer account disabled.

Hello every one

Hope you are doing great. my payoneer account has been disabled by payonner which one is connected in my fiverr account. Now i am trying to remove payonner payment method but not able to do that. I contacted fiverr and payoneer support but unfortunately they both answer me they are not able to do that. what should i do now. 

Anyone can assist/advice or say suggest me.
