I’m hoping someone here can help guide me through a situation I’m facing. Recently, I received a message from Fiverr to verify my personal and business information. I completed the process, but I got a response saying:
"Dear sonani_,
We weren't able to verify your personal and business information, which means you’re currently unable to sell on Fiverr. As part of it, you will not be able to publish any Gigs."
I made sure to provide accurate and clear information, but I’m unsure why the verification was unsuccessful. My support ticket ID is (#12017339), and I’ve reached out to Fiverr Support, but it has been over 40 hours, and I haven’t received any further updates.
Has anyone else experienced this? What steps should I take to resolve this and get back to selling on Fiverr?
