My seller account is disapproved

Hello, my Fiverr seller account was disapproved and I got a message saying this. I contacted support and after some chat I was told that my seller account was disapproved because I had multiple accounts. I tried explaining but it seemed like there was a misunderstanding. I created a Fiverr account before and I completely deleted and deactivated it, after some time I recreated another account with a different gmail and so I can work as a freelancer on Fiverr. So I don't know why I was told that my account was thoroughly reviewed that I have multiple accounts. Please, help me out. Maybe there was a glitch in the database or I don't know. I also tried logging into my old deactivated account and I got a message on my screen saying "This account is no longer active".

We are so sorry to hear that your Seller account wasn't approved. We understand this may be disappointing for you, but please be aware that the relevant department made this decision and it cannot be changed. You are welcome to continue using Fiverr as a Buyer.
