Permanently Disabled Account - No mail for withdrawal after 90 days.

My account was permanently disabled on the 16th of May. Today is exactly 90 days from then, but I have yet to receive any email regarding how to withdraw my funds. What can I do?

Has anyone ever experienced something similar to this?
