I have an order awaiting for requirements for over 7 months. Regrading this, I contacted support for cancellation while making sure it does not affect my profile. They suggested I cancel through the Resolution Center. For my profile, they said this: "Please be advised that order cancelations affect accounts regardless of whether the cancelation was done via the Resolution Center or Customer Support."
I'm in dilemma. I don't like the fact that there's a pending task everytime I visit the site. My success score has fallen recently, and I'm not sure if this order is contributing to the decline. Should I cancel it on my own, at my own risk? Which option would be better for me?
