Want to delete my gig and create new gig in the same category

I've few positive review on my gig but not getting much impression or click even not founding in search.
What will be happen if I delete the gig??

If your gig didn't show up in search, you wouldn't have any impressions at all.

Try editing. There's no reason to delete unless you no longer offer the service. When was the last time you made an edit to the gig?

It will take to rank a gig. So you have to wait till then.

It will take time. It is not sure that opening a new gig can solve your issue. Same things can be happen after creating a new gig.
