Unable to withdraw my earnings or change payout method

Hello.
I had a payout method verified in fiverr. I linked a bank account via payoneer. I recently removed that account from payoneer so i had to remove it from fiverr as well because i wanted to link a new payoneer account. However, Since then whenever i go to my withdraw earnings page i am unable to withdraw the earnings as the option of bank transfer is not available. It gives the error as "We identified an issue with your application and cannot process it at this time. Please contact Customer Support". This issue has been going on since two weeks. Also, when i click on manage payout methods it only gives the option of paypal account which is unfortunately not available in Pakistan.

Thanks for your answers. Already done but they dont seem to reply back. Hoped anyone with the same issue would help out
