Help Needed with ID Verification Issues and Lack of Response from Support

Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope everyone is doing well.

I'm reaching out to seek advice and assistance with an ongoing issue I'm facing with the ID verification process on my Fiverr account. Despite multiple attempts to complete the verification, I keep encountering persistent errors that prevent me from successfully verifying my identity.

To make matters worse, I contacted Fiverr Support 48 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. This delay is causing significant inconvenience as I am unable to fully utilize my account and continue my work on the platform.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with ID verification? If so, how were you able to resolve it? Additionally, does anyone have any tips on how to expedite a response from the support team?

I have even paid for the verification process and am concerned about the lack of support and the inability to use my account effectively. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
