A senior acquaintance of mine is a Level One Seller on Fiverr and was even recognized as a Fiverr Choice. Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of several orders, his account has been disabled, despite having ongoing orders at the time. What steps can be taken to recover this account? Additionally, what is the process for contacting Fiverr to seek a proper resolution? He is currently feeling extremely distressed about the situation.
