Unable to Update Location to the UK Despite Providing Verification Documents

Hello Fiverr Community,

 

I recently moved to the UK permanently and reached out to the Fiverr support team to update my location accordingly. As requested, I provided all the necessary documents and information to verify my new location.

 

After submitting the verification details, I received a response from Fiverr support stating that they are unable to update my location. When I inquired about the reason, they informed me that they cannot disclose it, and I am currently unable to change my location on Fiverr.

 

I’m quite puzzled by this response and would appreciate any guidance or advice from the community. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is there something more I can do to resolve this?
