Fiverr withhold my funds... they are not giving me

Good morning fiverr.. im here to complain..my account has been banned for 6 months now and I'm unable to withdraw my funds does it means that fiverr has withhold my funds and not giving me again... please there must be a way I can withdraw it. Thank you

Why were you banned I think is what he tried to say. 

Usually after 3 months you will receive a message and you can withdraw your funds within a week once you got that message. But you should talk with customer support man. We can't help, they can.
