Hi guys, can i give my clients a discount for the next order on my own. Like giving them a thank you card then mentioning some % of discount as a goodwill gesture & for them to come back and place more orders with me. I know if you buy seller plus you can do that by default but i was wondering if i can do that on my own & does it violate any TOS. Thanks! 😊

You could perhaps include a small note on your delivery message stating that their next order would be x% discounted.

Not a bad idea. I was also thinking of offering special discounts to start getting orders.
