How to remove current payoneer account from fiverr?

The current payoneer account connected with fiber is closed by payoneer support team for any reason. So the current payoneer account needs to be removed from fiber but it is not getting removed, even after contacting fiverr support team it is not being removed.

Thanks. I have been done it but not remove and also contacting fiverr support team and following their direction but till now not remove. So I am very worried.
