I took the Seller Plus Package from Fiverr and I work with marketing! Suppose I work with ads on Facebook but how can I do negative keyword Give me some ideas about negative keywords

Negative keywords never worked for me (not sure about others). I do not create characters in my gig, and I added negative keywords like "character", "character design," etc. I even tried mentioning it in the description in the past, but buyers still approach me with character design requests.

I wonder if that feature even functions. Not sure about other niches or gigs, but it doesn't work at all in my case.
