I seem to be stuck on success level with a score of 4 out of 10. What to do?

I have been stuck for quite sometime with the same success score. Although I have been successfully completing a lot of orders without any cancellations since the past months. I don’t seem to understand why it’s stuck there. All the other aspects are being fulfilled completely except for this one. I’m not able to move up the levels! Please help

The level system should mention the specific lackings that you have on your gig.

It's Depends on some criteria. like (Client satisfaction, Effective communication, Conflict-free orders, Order cancellations, Delivery time, and Value for money). If these things are okay with you, you can improve the Success Score.
