Fiverr ID verification problem.

I am having a message on Fiverr "Please take a moment to verify your ID within 12 days to continue offering and buying services on Fiverr"
While I am trying to verify my ID and take a photo the app does not have access to the camera and also there is no media or camera permissions in settings->permissions->fiverr.
Kindly help if you have experienced this.
