Error While Removing Payout Method

Hi There, I want to remove my existing payout method i.e, Payoneer Account, because I want to add another Payoneer account instead of this, so when going to remove the payout method it shows me the error attached below👇, kindly help me out in removing them, so I can continue to work on Fiverr smoothly.

Fiverr identified an issue with your application and can not process it at this time. 
Please contact Customer Support.

Yes I contacted Fiverr support, but they replied to me with the statement attached below and did respond again, Even though there is nothing to do with the response they gave, I don't know why they are not understanding the issue.
