Could anyone tell me that can I use other's Credit/Debit Card to pay the verification fee on Fiverr? It will be for temporary use only!

Are you sure Fiverr is asking for a Verification Fee? As far as I know, there is no such fee.

As far as I know paying the verification fee using someone else's credit card would violate the fiverr policy .
