Why any user can not contact me on fiverr? My account's "Contact Me" button is greyed and no one can give me order and many of them can't find my account

How can anyone contact you when you have zero gigs on your profile? Create gigs first then check if that button gets enabled or not.

Secondly, check if your seller profile is approved by Fiverr or not..
