payment method in fiverr.

HI Everyone.

I have an issue in my fiverr account if somebody can help to resolve that issue.

i have created my account 2 months ago and now i want to add payment method in my fiveer account, i have tried one time before to add debit card as my payment option but that debit card doesn't support online transactions. Now i created a different debit card which can support online transactions but now there is no any option of debit card in my payment method i just can see PayPal as a payment method. 

please help me to resolve that issue. THANKS

You need to contact support to fix this issue.

Could you please elaborate that which debit card are you referring to? If you are trying to add a payment method as a seller then you cannot add any debit card except Payoneer card (Fiverr Revenue Card). Other debit cards (your local bank) won't work on Fiverr as a seller's payment method.

As for the buying services, debit cards can be used. I guess only one payment method per Fiverr account is allowed to use. Otherwise, you can discuss with Fiverr Support like @ajommahmud has suggested you to..

I'm assuming you're adding the cards for the wrong purpose. Cards get added to Fiverr account to make purchases or to pay for services like promoted ads or seller plus subscription.
