temporary disabled account verification

my fiverr account was temporary disabled . i applied to activate my account . they ask me for identity verification . now my identity has been verified but account has not been activated yet . can anyone tell me that how much time will it take to reactivate my account

Hi @ahmad1b, it seems that your account was compromised, and that caused the restricted status. Until the review is done and the account is safe to be used, it will stay restricted. In the meantime, you should look into any messages sent from your account that weren't sent by you and report to the CS team.
