Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my Fiverr subscription. According to the terms, each subscription order is treated as a standalone order, meaning that the next subscription order should start even if the previous order is still in progress.

Here’s the situation:

  • Previous Order Status: Delivered 7 hours ago
  • Subscription Terms: The next order was supposed to start automatically after the previous order.

Despite this, the next order has not started yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what might be causing this problem? Any advice or steps I should take would be greatly appreciated.

Reach out to your buyer, there could be some payment issue at their end.

Because there were no issues, so your order started automatically (and this is what happens normaly).
