Can Fiverr Support break their own TOS?

Hi, Yes very bad & disturbing traumatic circumstances, My account got disabled for a false reason that i am selling with intent to increase my ratings, I have more than 900+ Reviews & 95% repeat buyers rate, I request support to provide me only Order Numbers, & Buyer names & i will easily explain that each & every order is REAL & i have provide some evidences such as Order Numbers Buyers name to show my intentions about ratings, whenever i got review from clients mostly time i didn't review them back so buyer review will be public after almost a month or sometimes in 14 days, If my intentions are to increase ratings i should immediately provide ratings & make that public i hope this explain my intentions about rating plus i provide many buyer names & order numbers i have doubt that system falsly flagged some orders because few clients provide multiple times same requirements but my all delivers always unique i offer SEO services so every backlink url is different in delivery file,

 

Customer support forcing me to accept this decision without providing me details why is this not unfair? i have a experience 8 months ago system falsly flagged my message ( Standard Package is for $25) & i got warning when i create ticket support said they have twicely review & this warning is issued correctly & after few hours when i found this message flagged i provide them screenshots & explain that whats wrong i type in this message that violates TOS & i got warning so then they removed warning after this type of experience how should i trust relevant team decision 😞

What I assume customer support says is that either you had very similar or identical reviews from customers, or they tracked the IPs, usually there is a reason why this happens. Because it doesn't seem like an automated ban, someone from Fiverr caught onto this most likely and it seems like a manual ban. Who knows though, maybe someone from Fiverr can help. But if they said the decision is final, usually it is.

Hi I understand, But as working on Fiverr since 2019 seller doesn't have right to get details & explain to get back account?

Currently instead of replying they are making my ticket status solved, only 1 ticket is open & i am not getting any reply since 2 days & they are changing status to solved after every few hours, it's clearly explaining that they are breaking there own TOS Customer support is created to assist user not to force or blackmail

They also mentioned user have chance to appeal how can i appeal if i didnt get details from Fiverr relevant team, 8 months ago i got false warning i created ticket but they said they have reviewed twice & warning issued correctly when i sent them screenshot that system mistakenly flag messages they removed the warning but this time how should i create proof if i don't have order numbers, Fiverr team should give me Order Numbers & Buyers Name for flagged orders & i will sent them delivery files or evidences those clearly explain all orders are REAL then decision can be change becaues its mentioned
