Question

Posted (edited)

Hi everyone,
My response rate is 100% and all my clients are highly satisfied with my work with an average rating of 5.0. Then why is Fiverr's AI giving me a success score of 4 and telling me to work on areas like "Effective Communication" and "Client Satisfaction".

Can anyone please explain this?
Thanks

That's what you see and it's just a part of the info. There are metrics that Fiverr keeps private, with private reviews being a prime example. And those are extremely important.

These posts by Fiverr staff may help you improve in those areas. I have made Qrs of most of them, which I modify for each buyer's situation.

Long story short: nobody knows how the SS system works.

There's no clear documentation and guides on this topic. And somehow we are okay with that (apparently).

"private review" is a long stretch in my opinion. If someone is happy with what they got at the end of the order and leaves a positive review, means they are happy 🧐 right? idk, you tell me.

If only an AI can identify the happiness level of a human being by scanning a bunch of messages.

Anyway...

I highly doubt that someone will post a positive public review and a negative private review unless you do something like threaten to delete them from the matrix lol.

That is true, but they may not leave any public review and leave a poor private review.
