After long break, started again on fiverr. Should this account work?

After 2 Years of Break, I want to start work again on Fiverr. Would I get the order? I heard Fiverr doesn't rank part-time freelancers.

Where did you hear that?
Most of the freelancers are part-timer.

Fiverr gives orders only to old/top sellers🙄 -------> They have a lot of orders to earn as much as a full-time job🤔 -------> Fiverr gives orders only to Full-Time-Sellers!! 🤡
