pixelation_3d Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 (edited) Why are Fiverr services so terrible? Long story short, I created a new account on Fiverr. This is my second account; the first one I made when I was a kid, but I didn’t take it seriously. So, I made a new account, and when posting a new gig, I encountered an error during phone number verification that said, "Account limit reached," right after clicking the button. After wasting two days with customer support, they finally fixed it. After uploading my gig, I waited for impressions. A day later, I received a severe warning, and my account is now flagged and can't participate in the level program. When I contacted customer support again, they kept spamming the same message, saying my account has an inconsistent location. The truth is, I only logged into my account twice a day just to check gig stats, and I’ve never used a VPN in my life. It feels like Fiverr has some grudge against me. It's been two days, and there’s still no reply from the team. Their customer support is just full of bots spamming the same message. It's been a really trash experience. Whether you were a kid or adult that time, you still have violated TOS. To create a second Fiverr is strictly prohibited on Fiverr. If that was the case, then you should have asked for a permission from Fiverr Support to open a second account but I guess you did not.. Also, do not blame Fiverr for this.. I'm sorry to say but it's you who have violated the rules.. If you keep sending tickets then you won't be responded. Also, they have detected already that it's your second account so you cannot do anything anymore.
