Hey!

first go here and check if your gig is active:

Help & resources (that '?' icon next to your profile image) - contact support - selling on fiverr - gigs - gig status - check if it's active

also answer this question: when did you create this gig?

Yeah, my gig is active on the Gig status page, and this has been up for the better part of 2 weeks, I also have other gigs that have been up for a full year with the same problem, but I gave up on those and am now just focusing on this one.

Will be hard for us to start guessing what's wrong. Never seen this before.

Have you already contacted Fiverr Support?

Yeah all they said was that my gig was active and to check the "Gig not found when searched" (I've linked photos below) and after I contacted them I saw 15 impressions the same day (I've never seen that many impressions before) on that gig.

Have you also asked them to check how it's possible to receive 0 impressions? Seems something is up (considering you have been tweeking this gig for 2 weeks) but then again, I don't know the general statistic of a gig in your niche, but 0 impressions feels a bit odd.

Sorry for the late response, I have not, I did contact them and the next day I got 61 impressions, but I checked today and it went back down to 2 (which I guess is an improvement) I also sent them another ticket and asked this, I've checked others in my niche and the top page sellers have an average review count (I don't know how many impressions this correlates with) and at my price range it's in the 200+ range.

I asked them here and they didn't respond to the question

You have to be somewhat realistic here.
As soon as Fiverr sees that you are generating income for them, they will reward you by placing you in the search results. You don't expect Fiverr to fill the search results with gigs that don't make them a cent, do you?

You haven't sold anything since October 2023. So Fiverr isn't trying to place you in the search results, which is why your impressions are so low.

Yeah I guess I get that, but wouldn't it then make sense to put me in the search results so that I COULD sell for them, thus generating them income?
