Hello everybody,

 

How are you?

My account was disabled after submitting my ID. Some minutes after sending my ID to the system, I've received an email telling my account will be definitively suspended, but nobody told me why exactly. I don't think anybody in the support saw my ID due to the delay. I took only some minutes to disabled my account after submitting my ID!

Please, is there anybody able to tell me how to recover the account?

Have you contacted Fiverr Support about it?

Hi! Yes the only thing they can tell is they cannot do anything but there is no more explanation... I had no problem with Fiverr before, I used to work normally. I'm confused a bit.
