I am new to fiver and I have placed gigs but no orders coming. What should i do?

It might not put your gig on the first page, but to increase the chance of orders:

Gig: I will expert google ads adwords pmax and PPC campaign management for maximum ROI
In the gig title:
Maybe change "I will expert". That's not the best thing to start a title with.

In one of your gigs you share an email address in the FAQ. I don't think that's allowed by Fiverr rules.

Stay active, create SEO-friendly and attractive descriptions, metatags, and more. Now, you can get orders from friends, family, relatives, or anywhere.

Even though I am a level 2 seller, I also have not get orders. Tough time we are passing. Keep patience, hope things will change.

recently Bangladeshi maximum gig down for our country's situation. But now is normal and all freelancers are back to work. I hope now Fiverr help to bd freelancers and share everything in an event
