My success score stuck on 4 and shows low performance rating

Hey everyone, 
I hope this finds you well. 

I'm on Fiverr since 2015 and I have completed 165 order with 5 star rating and total earning 7K+. After the new level system, my success score stuck on 4 and it always show "Low Performance". 

I need help from experts how can I improved it? What are the necessary steps I've to take which will improve my profile.
