urpromovids Posted August 8 Share Posted August 8 (edited) Hi My account got temporaraily suspended and Flagged from August 1 after recieving suspicious password reset emails. The reason i am writing this post because i had an active order before this , i delivered the order yesterday but i the buyer is not posting any updates . Has anybody else facing the same issue? This is a very old client of mine , I just want to know whether they can see my messages ? I have delivered the order but i am not even sure they can see the delivery? The order is showing delivered from yesterday but no response from the client. Kindly share your experience if anybody else is experiencing this issue? Well this question was specifically for someone whose account got restricted and have an active order , are you also facing the same situation? wanted to know if anybody in the same situation got any reply from an ongoing order. I encountered similar issue in June, however, I was able to stay in touch with my clients through the orders page until my account was restored. Yes was getting responses there as well.
