My Fiverr account not approved why?

I was about to publish my first gig and all of a sudden I got a notification and email that my Fiverr account was not approved.

 

Big question Why?

 

I completed the information that need to be filled we making a seller account making it 100% profile completeness but I just don't get why it was not approved.

Your seller account is approved. And you have one active gig. So what's the issue?

Further @hasnain_seo38  "SEO" is not someone's last name, usernames make sense but the actual name doesn't.
